Product Description

This arm transfers rotary motion from the gearbox to the drive components inside the header. It carries 18 teeth that engage with the mating gear to maintain synchronized movement of the reel or auger. A worn or damaged arm causes timing slip, leading to uneven crop feeding and potential jams in the header. The manufacturer machines the arm to match the original gear profile and spline fit, so the assembly maintains correct backlash without shimming. On reinstall, verify that the retaining bolt is torqued to specification and that the gear mesh is free of binding.
