STIHL 2-MIX engine
During the scavenging process, a layer of air free of fuel is placed between the exhaust gases being expelled and a fresh portion of mixture in the engine's crankcase.
Effect: reduced fuel losses during the scavenging process, protection of operator health and the environment, and up to 20% lower fuel consumption compared to two-stroke models of the same power with 2-MIX technology.
Single-hand multifunctional handle
Engine operating functions are integrated into the handle.
The valve for metering the sprayed substance is also located here, which can be comfortably and ergonomically switched on and off.
STIHL ElastoStart
During starting of 2-stroke engines, compression pressure causes kickbacks that strain the operator's muscles and joints.
In the ElastoStart system, a special damping element located in the starter handle stretches according to the applied force and enables smooth starting of the device without jerks.
STIHL anti-vibration system
The anti-vibration system effectively relieves the operator's body from troublesome vibrations.
Rubber damping elements reduce the transmission of vibrations generated by the running engine. The sprayer handle transmits an exceptionally small amount of vibration.
