The STIHL ASA 20 cordless branch secateur makes it easy to conveniently cut branches up to 25 mm in diameter. This is also supported by the ergonomically designed, well-balanced Softgrip handle and the progressive cutting system. The ASA 20 has two blade opening widths, making it easier to adapt to the cutting task at hand. This allows faster progress, for example when cutting many thinner branches. Maximum cutting control and very precise cutting. The blade movement follows the movement of your finger on the control lever during cutting. The blade closes only to the level the lever is pressed and opens again immediately after it is released.
2 blade opening widths
Flexible adjustment of the blade opening to suit thick and thin branches. To get a blade opening suitable for the thickness of the branches you are working with, you can choose one of 2 widths. After the first switch-on, the blade opening is always set to the larger width. The smaller opening width can be selected when pruning thinner branches. Advantage: the blade does not have to be fully opened. This increases the speed of work progress. The set blade opening width is shown on the display.
Integrated service tool
Practical and always at hand. A compact service tool is stored in the battery compartment, so you can easily adjust the blade clearance, lubricate the blades and open the service flap to replace the blade. This means you always have the perfect tool at hand when you need it.
LCD display
Important data at a glance. Useful information is clearly displayed on the readable LCD display. This includes the battery charge level, the selected blade opening width and the total number of cuts.
Constant power
Constant power, regardless of the battery charge state. With cordless tools of other brands, performance usually drops during work as the battery discharges. This is different with STIHL cordless tools with constant power. Thanks to intelligent electronics, the STIHL tool works with constant power.
