A variety of functions and services Fixed Errors and Troubleshooting powered by Google Thanks to this function, the mechanic can perform repairs quickly and correctly, by simply accessing TEXA's database via the Google search function and thus accessing repair procedures that have occurred and been resolved worldwide, collected by international TEXA Call Centers. The search “FIXED ERRORS” is divided into: - Troubleshooting: Is the logical and systematic search for the cause of a problem, the analysis of symptoms and error correction. - Workshop experience: Here you will find practical solutions, based on direct experience from our call centers and tens of thousands of TEXA customers worldwide. Automatic Vehicle Search With this function, the vehicle model to be tested can be determined exactly and in the shortest possible time. The intuitive and fast search can be carried out as follows: Vehicle search with VIN number: with this function, the diagnostic device automatically reads out the VIN via the vehicle's diagnostic interface and then selects the vehicle to be tested in the IDC5 software. Vehicle search with engine code: in this case, the vehicle search is simply carried out via the engine code. Vehicle search via license plate: enables the search for vehicles stored in the customer management archive in IDC5 by entering the license plate completely or partially. Global Control Unit Scan TGS3s TGS3s is the unique automatic query of all diagnosable* electronic control units of the vehicle with incredible speed of communication setup and automatic system recognition. After a successful scan, all existing errors in the vehicle, the error codes and the corresponding error descriptions are immediately displayed, which can also be deleted with a single click. From the error display page, it is possible to immediately perform the self-diagnosis of the selected system. * The TGS3s scan may not work on older vehicles, as the installed control units may not support this innovative function. Freeze Frame Displays a series of parameters and data of the vehicle's operating conditions at the time an error occurred.
