This mounting plate secures the grain-tank conveyor to the chassis of the host combine. It provides the fixed anchor point for the conveyor assembly, transferring the weight and vibration of the moving chain and slats into the tank structure. A worn or cracked plate allows the conveyor to shift, leading to misalignment of the chain path and accelerated wear on the sprockets and bearings. The plate is manufactured by Bepco to match the original hole pattern and thickness, so no drilling or shimming is required during replacement. When reinstalling, use the correct fasteners and torque them to the specification for the tank mounting points.
