The Wurth 0893110 Active Corrosion Coating is a 400ml grey spray formulated with zinc phosphate for superior, long-term corrosion protection on all metal surfaces. This versatile coating can be applied as a primer or a top coat, offering excellent adhesion and durability. It provides robust resistance to temperatures up to +80°C (briefly +100°C) and passes 500 hours in the salt spray test (DIN 50021). With a dust-dry time of 15-20 minutes and overpaintable in approximately 60 minutes, it ensures efficient application. The coating achieves a layer thickness of 20-30 µm per spray pass and fully cures in about 24 hours.
