This pump connecting sleeve transfers torque from the engine-driven pump to the drivetrain input shaft. It sits between the pump output hub and the shaft coupling, maintaining concentric alignment under load. Wear on the sleeve's internal splines or keyway produces backlash that causes driveline vibration and uneven power delivery. The original AGCO-manufactured sleeve is machined to the same internal and external diameters as the factory assembly, so no shimming or adapter rings are required during replacement. On installation, verify the shaft and hub are clean and free of burrs before pressing the sleeve into position.
