Product Description

This washer is a shim used inside the gearbox of the host tractor to set the axial clearance between rotating shafts and their housing bores. It sits between the bearing outer race and the gearbox casing, controlling end-play that affects gear mesh alignment and bearing preload. A worn or incorrect shim allows excessive shaft movement, which produces gear whine and accelerates bearing wear. This original component is machined to the same thickness as the factory-installed shim, so no stacking or measurement adjustment is needed during reassembly.
