A worn bushing permits excessive cab movement, which accelerates wear on adjacent mounting hardware and can cause misalignment of the steering column and pedal linkages. The bushing is manufactured to the original AGCO material specification, which matches the Shore hardness and compression set required to maintain consistent damping across the operating temperature range. On replacement, inspect the mounting bolts for stretch and torque them to the specification for the host tractor.
