This breather filter is installed in the cab of the host tractor. It vents the cab's internal air pressure, allowing the climate control system to exchange air without creating a pressure differential that would strain the seals or door latches. A clogged breather can cause the cab to pressurize unevenly, leading to draft noise around the door seals and reduced effectiveness of the air filtration system. As an original AGCO component, the filter media and housing geometry match the cab's intake ducting, so the seal between the breather and the mounting flange is maintained without modification. Replace the breather at the interval specified in the tractor's service schedule.
