This solenoid valve controls the flow of hydraulic fluid to a specific actuator or circuit within the tractor's hydraulic system. It is a spool-type valve that shifts position when the solenoid coil is energized, directing oil to the intended function. A failing valve may cause a circuit to become unresponsive, operate slowly, or fail to hold pressure. As an original AGCO component, the valve body and spool are machined to the same internal clearances as the original assembly, ensuring correct spool overlap and minimal internal leakage. When replacing, ensure the O-rings on the valve body are renewed and the mounting bolts are torqued to specification.
