This ignition switch controls the electrical power distribution for the host tractor's starting and accessory circuits. It is mounted in the operator station and serves as the primary interface between the key and the starter relay, as well as the ignition and auxiliary loads. A worn or intermittent switch can cause no-start conditions, intermittent power loss to the cab or implement controls, or failure to disengage the starter after engine start. As an original-manufacturer component, the switch body matches the mounting-hole pattern and electrical terminal layout of the original assembly, so no adapter harness or panel modification is needed. On replacement, verify that the key profile matches the existing lock cylinder or door locks if a common-key system is used.
