This hydraulic quick coupler connects and disconnects hydraulic lines under pressure without tools, allowing rapid implement changes on the host tractor. It sits at the coupling point between the tractor’s auxiliary hydraulic circuit and the implement hose; the internal poppet valve seals the circuit when disconnected, preventing fluid loss and contamination ingress. A worn or leaking coupler reduces system pressure and causes sluggish implement response. The manufacturer machines the mating surfaces to the same geometry as the original assembly, ensuring the poppet seats fully against the seal. On installation, confirm the coupler locks into the mating half with an audible click, and check that the dust cap is fitted when not in use.
