This upper link is the central connection point in the three-point hitch system, transmitting lifting force from the tractor's hydraulic linkage to the implement. It sits between the tractor's top-link bracket and the implement's upper attachment point, controlling the implement's pitch angle during operation. As an original-manufacturer component, its ball-joint and thread dimensions match the hitch geometry as designed, so no shimming or adapter bushings are required during installation. A worn or bent link causes implement drift and uneven depth control.
