This hose carries hydraulic fluid in the basic control circuit of the tractor's hydraulic system. It connects the pump output to the main control valve bank, supplying flow for the implement lift and auxiliary functions. A rupture or internal collapse in this hose causes a loss of pilot pressure, which can make the main control valves unresponsive or slow to actuate. The original hose is manufactured to the same internal diameter and fitting geometry as the assembly it replaces, so the crimped ends seat correctly in the adapter ports without leakage. When installing, ensure the hose is routed without sharp bends and that the fittings are torqued to the manufacturer's specification.
