This seal ring fits around the lift shaft of a tractor three-point linkage. It prevents hydraulic oil leakage from the lift cylinder housing along the rotating shaft surface. The ring sits in a groove machined into the housing bore, and its inner lip contacts the shaft to form the seal. A worn or hardened seal ring allows oil to bypass, reducing lift capacity and causing visible drips from the housing. As an original AGCO component, the seal ring is molded to the same cross-section profile as the original housing groove, so it seats without distortion and maintains the correct interference against the shaft. On installation, clean the groove thoroughly and lubricate the seal lip before sliding the shaft through.
