This ball valve controls hydraulic flow in the three-point hitch circuit of the host tractor. It sits in the pressure line between the control valve and the lift cylinder, allowing the operator to isolate or direct flow during implement attachment or service. A worn valve seat or damaged ball causes internal leakage, which results in slow or incomplete hitch lift and unintended drift of the implement. The original AGCO part is machined to the same internal port geometry as the factory assembly, so the flow rate and cracking pressure match the original hydraulic system calibration. On reinstallation, ensure the sealing surfaces are clean and the port threads are torqued to specification.
