Product Description

This hub is the rotating interface that mounts the gathering auger or snapping-roll assembly to the drive gearbox on a corn header. It transmits torque from the gearbox output to the rotating component, supporting the radial and axial loads generated during harvesting. A worn hub produces play in the rotating assembly, leading to misalignment of the gathering chains and uneven crop intake. The original part is machined to the same bearing-seat and bolt-circle tolerances as the gearbox flange, so no shimming or adapter plates are required during replacement.
