Product Description

This right-side reel cylinder extends and retracts the reel arm on the header of a grain harvester. It is the hydraulic actuator that positions the reel relative to the cutterbar, controlling how the crop is fed into the auger. A leaking or bent cylinder causes uneven reel height, leading to crop loss at the header. The manufacturer's original seal geometry matches the bore and rod surface finish of the housing, preventing internal bypass under load. On installation, bleed air from the cylinder lines before operation.
