Product Description

This friction disc transmits torque within the drive system and header assembly of the parent combine or baler. It sits between rotating and stationary surfaces, providing controlled slip to protect driveline components from shock loads. A worn disc reduces clamping force, leading to chatter and inconsistent power transfer. This original component is machined to the same thickness and surface finish as the original assembly, so no shimming or adjustment is needed during replacement. On installation, ensure the mating surfaces are clean and free of debris.
