Product Description

This oil pressure sensor monitors the engine's lubrication system and sends a signal to the instrument panel or control unit. It is threaded into the engine block or oil filter housing, where it detects the hydraulic pressure of the lubricating oil. A failing sensor may cause an intermittent or permanently illuminated warning light, even when oil pressure is within specification. This component is manufactured to match the thread and sealing requirements of the original assembly, ensuring a proper seal without the need for additional adapters.
