This is a flat-sealing coupling that prevents leakage during the coupling process. It can be coupled by simply inserting the plug and uncoupled by pulling back the sleeve on the coupling socket. The housing is made of carbon steel with zinc-nickel coating and silver passivation, while the seals are made of NBR and PTFE.
