The new version of this component features an optimized arrangement of carbide plates for additional wear resistance. It includes large carbide plates on the upper side for maximum wear protection, and a triangular carbide plate embedded in the underside of the base body helps prevent breakages. The base body undergoes an elaborate hardening process after soldering to achieve full hardness. Do not tighten screws and nuts with a pneumatic tool, as it can damage the wear part by causing stress cracks.
