This seal fits the lift arm housing on the rear three-point hitch of the host tractor. It prevents hydraulic oil leakage past the arm pivot, maintaining system pressure for implement lift and hold. A worn seal allows oil to weep externally, leading to slow or incomplete lift response and visible drips from the hitch housing. The seal is designed to match the original groove geometry and shaft contact surface, so no shimming or adapter is required during replacement. On installation, clean the housing bore and lubricate the seal lip before pressing it into place.
