This chain drives the cross auger that moves grain from the tank floor to the discharge opening. It runs between the drive sprocket on the gearbox output and the sprocket on the auger shaft. A worn chain causes intermittent auger rotation, leaving grain in the tank corners and slowing unloading. The set includes the clip needed to close the chain loop. When installing, ensure the clip is seated with its closed end facing the direction of travel.
