This flat-face coupling with internal thread is an advanced version of the long-proven standard flat-face coupling. The use of higher-quality materials allows for a higher operating pressure than specified in the ISO 16028 standard. The function of flat-face couplings is well known. What is new is that all sizes have a standard safety lock against unintentional uncoupling, which can be optionally activated by the user. The design of the flat valves ensures that only minimal oil loss or air inclusion occurs during coupling and uncoupling. Main areas of application for these couplings are working machines in environmentally sensitive areas and hydraulic tools. Interchangeable with ISO 16028
