The compact STIHL TS 910i petrol cut-off saw is an extremely powerful, high-performance tool for professional use in civil engineering and road construction, as well as for demanding tasks in gardening and landscaping. For demanding applications such as cutting structural steel, concrete, asphalt or pipes. Equipped with the innovative, electronically controlled STIHL injection system, the powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine guarantees very good driving characteristics and high torque. Reduced exhaust emissions and low fuel consumption are further advantages of the innovative engine technology. The TS 910i can be started in just 2 steps, and STIHL injection, STIHL ElastoStart with a wear-resistant starter rope and decompression valve enable a simple and smooth starting process without sudden loads. The TS 910i petrol cut-off saw is suitable for cutting to a depth of up to 145 mm and can be held in the hand. The ergonomic design of the handle, and in particular the STIHL anti-vibration system, protect muscles and joints during work. The design of the anti-vibration system also helps in precisely guiding the tool during cutting. We recommend using the optional STIHL FW 20 trolley, which can be used with an adapter, for precise cuts and longer cutting distances, for example in road construction. The placement of the water connection with the cutting disc for dust binding also helps in efficient work, and the long-life air filter system extends the intervals between cleanings, thus ensuring a longer uninterrupted working time. The drive of the TS 910i can be easily tensioned using the semi-automatic belt tensioning function, which extends the service life of the belt and bearing. This petrol cut-off saw can also be optionally equipped with the STIHL Smart Connector connection. You can access all recorded device data at any time, always have an exact insight into the device's operating time, and plan necessary maintenance in advance. The control unit of the electronic injection system constantly calculates the correct fuel supply and the ideal ignition timing, with injection occurring directly into the crankcase. Sensors measure air pressure, internal and external temperature for this purpose and transmit the information to the control unit. Based on the determined values, this unit can optimally determine the fuel quantity and ignition timing. Compared to engines without injection, the unit provides more power at comparable weight and displacement. The decompression valve makes starting the device easier. Opening the valve during start-up allows part of the compressed mixture to be released from the cylinder. This protects the starting system and requires less force on the starter rope. Semi-automatic STIHL belt tensioning makes re-tensioning the drive belt easier. Constant tension extends the service life of the belt and bearing. For more detailed information on re-tensioning, refer to the operating instructions of the power tool. The long-life air filter system with a cyclone pre-filter ensures that 80% of the dust particles contained in the drawn-in air are separated already in the first filtering stage. Dust particles do not settle - as is the case with conventional filter systems - on the foam filter, but are separated and discharged back to the outside. This eliminates the need to clean the foam filter. This 2-stroke engine is designed to require little maintenance and to consume fuel even at high power. A mixture of gasoline and engine oil should be used as fuel. The STIHL 2 Mix engine meets the requirements of the strict EU exhaust emission directive, level V. When increasing the power of the device, vibrations are generated that are particularly noticeable in the handle area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area, and thus to the user's body. Effect: The device sits more comfortably in the hand, and work is significantly less tiring.
