This seal kit contains the original seals and gaskets for the front axle of the host tractor. It replaces the multiple individual seals that prevent lubricant loss and contaminant ingress at the axle shafts, steering knuckles, and differential housing. A leaking front axle seal allows gear oil to escape, which can lead to bearing and gear damage from insufficient lubrication. The kit includes all the elastomeric components needed for a complete axle reseal. The manufacturer machines the sealing lips to the same profile as the original assembly, so the contact pressure against the shaft matches the design specification. On installation, clean the shaft contact surface and apply a light coat of oil to the seal lip before fitting.
