Product Description

This cutterbar head sits at the outer end of the knife drive on the header. It connects the drive arm to the reciprocating knife assembly, converting rotary motion into the back-and-forth stroke that cuts the crop. Wear on the mounting holes or the pivot bore causes excessive play, which leads to uneven cutting and increased vibration in the knife train. The original part matches the hole spacing and bore geometry of the drive arm and knife-back, so no shimming or re-drilling is required during installation.
