This shaft transmits torque within the grain unloading drive of the parent combine. It connects the gearbox output to the auger or conveyor input that moves harvested grain from the tank to the unloading spout. The shaft is machined to match the original assembly's spline and journal dimensions, so no shimming or adapter is required during replacement. On installation, verify that the shaft rotates freely in its bearings and that all retaining hardware is torqued to specification.
