Claas - CL6005010862 - Clutch Disc

This clutch disc transmits engine torque from the flywheel to the gearbox input shaft, engaging and disengaging the driveline. It sits between the pressure plate and the flywheel; when the clutch pedal is depressed, the disc slides on the splined input shaft to break the torque path. A worn disc causes slippage under load, difficulty engaging gears, or chatter during take-up. This original component is machined to match the spline profile and friction-face thickness of the original assembly, so no shimming or hub modification is needed during replacement. On reinstall, ensure the disc is centered with a pilot tool and that the pressure plate bolts are torqued to specification.
