This filter set supplies the six filtration components required for the first 500-hour service interval on the host loader. The kit includes the main fuel filter, in-line fuel filter, engine oil filter, hydraulic filter, main air filter, and safety air filter. Each filter is matched to its respective housing and circuit, so the correct sealing interface and bypass-valve setting are maintained across the engine, hydraulic, and fuel systems. A clogged or incorrect filter in any position can restrict flow or allow unfiltered fluid to bypass, accelerating wear in the injection pump, hydraulic pump, or engine bearings. On installation, verify that each filter's gasket contacts the housing sealing surface before tightening to the specified torque.
