The Hansa-Flex HD220 is a robust hydraulic hose designed for high-pressure applications in various hydraulic systems. Conforming to the EN 853 2SN standard, it features an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, reinforced with two braids of high-tensile steel wire for superior strength and durability. The outer cover is made from synthetic rubber, providing excellent resistance against abrasion, ozone, and weathering. This hose is suitable for conveying mineral oils, water-oil emulsions, water-glycol solutions, and water within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with short-term peaks up to +120°C for mineral oil applications. Its reliable construction ensures long service life and consistent performance in demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic environments.
