Manufacturer
Maschio Gaspardo

This arm is the gathering component on a seed drill, positioned at the rear of the metering system. It sweeps soil over the seed trench after the seed has been deposited by the coulter. A worn or bent arm fails to close the furrow completely, leaving seed exposed and reducing germination rates. The original manufacturer machines the arm to the same profile as the drill's closing mechanism, ensuring consistent soil coverage across all rows.
