The new HD2 filter is made of polyethylene and has pores up to 70% finer compared to fleece or polyamide filters, which in practice means filtering the finest contaminant particles. The new filter is also waterproof, does not absorb oil and can be easily cleaned. The round filter cartridge can be removed without tools.
