This air cushion reduces fuel losses occurring in connection with the cylinder scavenging process – thus protecting the operator's health and the natural environment. STIHL anti-vibration system Shock-absorbing elements prevent the transfer of vibrations caused by engine operation to the operator's hands and arms. Long-life air filter system The long-life air filter system with a pre-filter cyclone ensures separation of 80% of dust particles contained in the drawn-in air already in the first filtering stage. Dust particles do not settle - as is the case with ordinary filtering systems - on the foam filter, but are separated and discharged back outside. In this way, the need to clean the foam filter is eliminated. Decompression valve The decompression valve allows removing part of the compressed mixture from the cylinder during starting. This enables a significant reduction in the force needed to pull the starter rope, relieving the person operating the device and protecting the entire starting system of the device. Water connection Water is supplied to the cutting disc via a standard water connection with a sprinkler, which enables effective dust binding during cutting. The connection is mounted in such a place that it does not interfere during work.
