This bracket mounts the straw-chopper assembly to the frame of the forage harvester. It positions the chopper driveline and supports the housing against vibration during operation. A cracked or deformed bracket allows misalignment, which accelerates bearing and belt wear. The bracket is formed from sheet steel and uses the original hole pattern, so no drilling or adapter plates are required for installation.
