Product Description

This V-belt transmits power from the engine to the feeder-house drive mechanism. It runs on the pulleys that drive the chain and slat assembly which moves crop material into the threshing section. A worn or slipping belt causes inconsistent feeder-house speed, leading to material bunching or plugging at the intake. The belt is constructed by Gates to match the original cross-section and length profile, so it seats correctly in the pulley grooves without requiring tensioner adjustment beyond the standard range.
