Product Description

This V-belt transmits drive from the engine to the straw chopper rotor. It sits in the pulley system between the thresher drive and the chopper input shaft. A worn or slipping belt reduces chopper speed, leading to uneven straw length and increased load on the drive bearings. This belt is manufactured to the original cross-section and length profile, so it seats correctly in the pulley grooves without requiring tensioner adjustment beyond the standard range. On installation, verify the belt is not twisted and that the tensioner pulley aligns with the belt's running surface.
