This hydraulic pump delivers two separate flow circuits from a single housing, supplying the main implement circuit and the steering or auxiliary circuit independently. It is mounted directly to the engine or gearbox PTO pad and is driven by a splined shaft; the tandem-gear arrangement allows each section to feed a different part of the hydraulic system without cross-contamination of flow. A worn or cavitating pump produces slow implement response, reduced steering assist, and audible whine under load. The pump is manufactured by TotalSource, whose housing casting and gear-tooth profiles are machined to the same tolerances as the original assembly, so no shimming or adapter plates are required during installation. On reinstall, confirm the shaft rotation matches the drive direction and torque the mounting bolts to the specification for the host tractor.
