This tungsten carbide reinforced chisel is the right-side tillage tool for the plow assembly. It is mounted on the plow body where it fractures and lifts the soil ahead of the moldboard. The hardfacing on the wear face resists abrasion from soil contact, extending the working life of the point. A worn chisel increases draft force and leaves an uneven furrow bottom. The two mounting holes align with the standard bolt pattern on the plow leg; use the matching bolt to secure it. The opposite side is the left-hand version of the same part.
